Coming to Newburgh | 2027

Foster Supply Hospitality has officially broken ground on its newest project in Newburgh, NY,  marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter along the Hudson River. Scheduled to open in 2027, the hotel will celebrate the city's rich history, vibrant culture, and waterfront setting while bringing Foster Supply's signature approach to hospitality to one of the Hudson Valley's most dynamic destinations.

Belleayre Lodge | Pine Hill, NY
Coming Fall 2026

Foster Supply Hospitality is expanding into Ulster County for the first time with the addition of Belleayre Lodge and the historic Pine Hill Arms in Pine Hill, New York. Opening in Fall 2026, Belleayre Lodge will welcome guests for a new chapter of mountain hospitality, thoughtfully honoring more than 75 years of Catskills history while serving as a year-round basecamp for adventure, relaxation, and connection.

As part of the property, the historic Pine Hill Arms will reopen as a restaurant for both Belleayre Lodge guests and the local community, with future plans to thoughtfully expand the campus while preserving the character of these beloved Catskills landmarks.
