We offer multiple meeting locations for group breakout sessions & team building activities on or off-site. Our unique boardroom settings and “conference rooms” are fireside, indoors and out. Cue the s’mores!

General Inquiry

  • We host everything from leadership retreats and team offsites to creative workshops and wellness-focused gatherings. Whether you’re looking to connect, reset, or strategize, we’ll help you create the right atmosphere for your group.

  • We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for full-property buyouts or peak season weekends. However, we’re happy to explore shorter lead times when availability allows.

  • Depending on the property, we can host groups from 5 up to 33 overnight single accommodations guests, with options to expand for daytime gatherings or multi-property itineraries up to 200.

  • Yes. Full-property buyouts are available and ideal for teams seeking privacy and flexibility. A buyout ensures exclusive use of all guest rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.

  • Absolutely. Our events team can help design a schedule that balances productivity and play — from morning meetings and chef-led lunches to bonfires, cocktail hours, or guided hikes.

  • Yes. Each property offers a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for meetings and brainstorming sessions, equipped with Wi-Fi and basic presentation tools.

  • We provide Wi-Fi, screen displays or projectors, and basic audio equipment. If you require advanced AV support, we can coordinate rentals or technicians.

  • Yes — our Wi-Fi is strong and reliable across guest rooms and common areas, though we always encourage a little digital detox between sessions.

  • As much as you’d like! Many groups mix work blocks with wellness activities, nature walks, or time to enjoy the spa, sauna, or lake.

  • Yes. We offer both options, depending on your group size and agenda. Day retreats can include meeting space, meals, and select activities.

Lodging & Facilities

  • Each property offers a unique mix of rooms including queen, king, suits and more (ie farmhouse). Depending on your venue, accommodations range from 12 to 33 rooms.

  • Both options are available and can be tailored to your team’s preferences. Limited but available depending on the property we feature some twin bedroom options and two bedroom suites.

  • Yes — think cozy parlors, firepits, porches, bluestone patios and game rooms perfect for after-hours connection.

  • Amenities do include a full-service restaurant, hiking trails, pool and depending on the property, may include lake access, sauna, spa and gym.

  • Yes — full buyouts are popular for corporate groups and allow for complete customization and privacy.

Pricing & Policies

  • Rates vary by season, property, and group size. We’ll create a tailored proposal that fits your budget and goals.

  • Yes, certain spaces or dates may have food & beverage minimums, particularly for private events or buyouts as we provide all the food & beverage onsite.

  • Typically, lodging, meals, meeting space, and basic amenities for example wifi. Activities and add-ons can be customized.

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your dates. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your proposal but typically if we can resell your date or reschedule your event there will be no penalty.  If we are not able to rebook your retreat there will be a penalty depending on the timing on where we are in the event.

  • Yes — we can provide invoicing and accept corporate credit cards with a 3% fee over $3,000 or ACH payments for convenience and checks are always welcome.

Food & Beverage

  • Our culinary teams craft seasonal menus highlighting Hudson Valley and Catskills ingredients. Dining options range from multi-course dinners to casual BBQs or cocktail receptions.

  • Yes. Private dining options and outdoor settings are available. We offer all catering onsite.

  • Of course. We accommodate all dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive requests.

  • Yes. We offer bar packages, wine and local beer selections, and signature cocktails.

  • Absolutely — fireside gatherings under the stars are a must, we love helping groups unwind and bond in an upstate kind of way.

Activities & Team Building

  • ​​We can arrange a variety of group activities, from guided hikes and mixology classes to cooking demos, sound baths, or farm visits.

  • Depending on your property, options include fly-fishing, brewery and distillery tours, alpha farms or exploring nearby Catskills towns and Bethel Woods

  • Yes — we offer movement classes at our spa locations (Kenoza Hall and Hemlock Neversink)  and can be added to other locations. As well as spa treatments. 

  • Absolutely. Each season brings something special — summer lake/pool swims and yard games, fall foliage hikes and archery or hatchet throwing, or winter bonfires and snowshoeing.

  • Of course. We welcome outside facilitators, and we’ll coordinate logistics for any special setup they need.

Logistics & Transportation

  • Most guests drive or carpool/ private bus from New York City (approximately 2 hours). We can also help coordinate private transport or group shuttles.

  • Yes — on-site parking is complimentary, and we can help recommend shuttle companies for groups.

  • Depending on the property, the closest airports are Stewart (SWF), Scranton (AVP) or Newark (EWR), closest train stations include Middletown or Port Jervis and bus station is Monticello. 

  • Yes — our team can recommend local shuttle/taxi companies or coordinate arrival schedules for your group.

  • Yes. You’ll have a dedicated team member who will oversee logistics and ensure your retreat runs smoothly.
