Four properties, four kinds of weekends

How To Choose

Not sure which property is right for you?

  • For 25 to 70 guests, The DeBruce offers the most intimate experience with full property buyout. For 70 to 150, all four properties work beautifully. For 150 to 200, Kenoza Hall and Hemlock Neversink have the largest tented capacity. The Arnold House requires 120 guests during peak summer and fall.

  • Every couple comes to us with a different vision, and our four properties were never meant to feel interchangeable.

The Arnold House is our lodge-style retreat on 80 wooded acres of Shandelee Mountain, built for lively barn celebrations and cozy winter affairs in the Greenhouse.

Kenoza Hall delivers an estate feel: lakeside ceremonies, tented receptions in the wildflower meadows, and a full-service spa for the weekend.

The DeBruce is our food-first, intimate option, with a James Beard recognized restaurant at the center of the weekend and full property buyouts capped at 110 guests.

Hemlock is the nature-immersed, wellness-forward choice, with 230 acres, a goat sanctuary, sauna and spa, and a calendar of included activities like guided hikes, yoga, and pottery.

We'll help you match the property to the weekend you're actually picturing.

  • We host weddings year-round, and each property leans into its season differently. Spring brings wildflowers and budding orchards across all four properties. Summer is peak for outdoor ceremonies, tented receptions at Kenoza Hall, riverside cocktails at The DeBruce, and meadow gatherings at Hemlock. Fall is our most requested season for the Catskills foliage and crisp evenings around a bonfire. Winter is intimate by nature, with The Arnold House's wood stoves and temperature-controlled Greenhouse, fireside ceremonies, and a quieter property all to yourselves. Peak season runs roughly mid-May through October; off-peak runs November through mid-May and often allows smaller, more flexible celebrations.

  • A Foster Supply wedding is designed as a multi-day celebration, not a single afternoon. Most weekends span Friday welcome gatherings, Saturday ceremony and reception, and a Sunday farewell brunch. Included across our properties: full venue rental, accommodations for your closest guests, in-house catering by our award-winning culinary teams using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, bar service, setup and breakdown, and a dedicated coordinator. Property-specific extras can include spa access at Kenoza Hall and Hemlock Neversink, exclusive river and trail access at The DeBruce, and curated activities like goat hikes, pottery sessions, and guided meditation walks. We're dog-friendly, can accommodate most dietary needs, and work with a curated list of trusted planners, florists, photographers, and musicians who know our venues.

  • For peak-season dates (mid-May through October), we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months in advance. Fall Saturdays and full property buyouts book the furthest out. Off-peak and weekday weddings can often be arranged with shorter notice, sometimes within 6 months. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The best way to start is to email events@fostersupplyco.com, target with your date, headcount, and a few details about the kind of weekend you're picturing.

What every wedding includes
Shared standards across all four properties

  • "The entire staff is fantastic and we still feel like we scored big by having our event here. It checked all our boxes: views, incredible food, friendly staff that goes above and beyond, beautiful hotels and bungalows to connect with nature, and wonderful cocktails."

    — Kenoza Hall bride

  • "My husband and I had our wedding weekend at Hemlock Neversink in October 2025 and it was, simply put, absolute perfection! The property is stunning with multiple venues/areas for events and gathering. All of our guests had nothing but positive things to say about their rooms, the available activities/amenities, the food (many said it was the best wedding reception food they had ever had) and the friendly service. It was truly the most magical weekend and we cannot say enough great things about the hotel and staff that work here! Highly recommend for your wedding or just a relaxing, romantic and/or cozy getaway!"

    —Dale M.

  • "We had our wedding at The DeBruce and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The grounds and property are absolutely stunning—our guests were in awe of the setting from the moment they arrived. The food was truly unforgettable, easily the best we’ve ever had at a wedding, and the staff made everything feel seamless, warm, and personal. Beyond being the perfect wedding venue, The DeBruce is also incredible for just a meal or a stay. The property, hospitality, and culinary experience are unmatched. We are endlessly grateful to The DeBruce for giving us the most beautiful, unforgettable celebration."

    —Katie S.

  • "The Arnold House and Foster Supply staff helped us to accomplish the wedding weekend of our dreams! Not only did they go above and beyond for us, we feel like we made friends with them along the way. It was inspiring to see how the staff embodies hospitality from the warm greetings to the last-minute problem solving. We felt safe and taken care of during our entire wedding weekend. In planning, they listened to us and helped us realize our vision for our wedding, not just what they had done in the past. It feels like each wedding they do is unique to the couple. Let's also not forget the FOOD. Our guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had. Chef Brit is a phenomenal talent. She was so accommodating to our dietary restrictions and provided delicious options for everyone. We don't think we could have found a better venue option for us in the area or anywhere else. We absolutely recommend the Arnold House for a wedding weekend or an overnight stay. We plan on visiting here for many years to come!"
