Introducing Family Week at Hemlock Neversink for the Thanksgiving and Christmas Weeks
November 23 - November 30 & December 21 - December 28

Bring the whole family for these two holiday weeks and everyone can tap into their inner child. Arts & crafts classes will be open to all ages while select movement classes will be geared to those under 14 and all goat activities will be geared towards kids. Kids up to 15 stay free and kids-friendly menus will be available at Bittersweet. Holidays are meant to be celebrating with family, so bring yours up and celebrate together.

Holiday Magic Throughout the Whole Season

In addition to all of the normal daily movement and arts & crafts classes available, this season we will also be celebrating the holidays with special seasonal workshops, such as gingerbread making classes, wreath making (fall foliage style for November, holiday style for December), baking classes and cookie decorating.

Shandelee Mountain is the place for holiday celebrations! Whether you are bringing the whole family or gathering your group of besties, this property is an ideal place to come together. We are excited to be offering special winter-season only massage and body treatments as well as a private sauna sessions available for booking. When the weather gets cold, the Arnold turns extra cozy with all of its wood-burning fireplaces and woodstoves, its balmy greenhouse and now, the heated sauna. More information here.

Thanksgiving
We are excited to offer a special family-style dinner with turkey and all the fixins from 1pm to 6pm on Thanksgiving. Dinner is $75 pp and reservations are required. Menu attached here. Our Tavern will be open from 1pm - 9pm with drinks and football.

Christmas
Please note that hotel rooms will be open for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but the Tavern will be closed for dinner. Breakfast and guest services will be available as always from 7am -5pm on both days. If you are interested in dining either evening, our team is happy to arrange a reservation at Kenoza Hall or Hemlock Neversink.

New Year’s Eve
Let the celebrations begin! We are looking forward to a lively and festive New Year’s Eve. Our Tavern will be open serving normal dinner with specials from 5pm to 9pm and the bar will stay open through midnight to watch the ball drop. Upstairs in Shandelee Hall, we are excited to offer a special pre-fixe dinner starting at 7pm accompanied by live music for $85/pp.

Thanksgiving
Gather with us this Thanksgiving for a multi-course family style Thanksgiving feast. Chef Clark and the Kenoza Hall Culinary Team have crafted a menu full of seasonal favorites designed for passing, sharing, and savoring together. Christmas
While the entire month of December will feature a full holiday spirit, we are especially excited to be offering a very special Christmas Day filled with activities. Start the day with Christmas Breakfast featuring festive favorites like bloody marys, mimosas, and more to kick off your morning in true holiday spirit.

As the fires blaze, we’ll prepare for our first annual Christmas Feast at 3:00 PM. One long, beautifully set table down the center of the dining room will bring everyone together. Each course is carefully crafted to be shared and savored, creating a sense of warmth, togetherness, and celebration that only the Catskills can provide.

Ring in the New Year at Kenoza Hall!
Escape to the Catskills and welcome 2026 with a celebration that’s as indulgent as it is restorative. The night starts with fireside melodies in the lounge, where you can sip craft cocktails and play classic games like checkers and chess. As midnight approaches, open your in-room celebration gift and enjoy a complimentary champagne toast to ring in 2026.

Thanksgiving
Sit back, and let The DeBruce team host an unforgettable Thanksgiving celebration for you. Enjoy a multi course, family style feast on Thursday evening, followed by cocktails and board games in The Club Room.

The next morning, get invigorated with a guided hike through the property's extensive trails and warm up with hot apple cider afterwards. The kitchen will send you home with a selection of farm fresh veggies from our local partner farmers once you're ready to check out and return back home. 

Christmas
The hotel will be closed on Christmas Eve and Day. If you’re planning a stay around the holidays, expect a festive atmosphere, spiked hot chocolate, and snowman kits!

New Year’s Eve
Snag a room for you and the person you want to kiss at midnight and escape the crowds for a relaxed and elevated end to the year.

Mingle with other guests at Social Hour in The Club Room for complimentary cocktails and snacks at 4pm on New Years Eve before you head up to The Dining Room for a special Tasting menu experience. As usual, in house guests enjoy priority seating.

End the night with sparklers, a glass of bubbly for the count down, and a late night snack from the kitchen!

On New Year’s Day, make your way down for breakfast or extended brunch hours and cheers the new New Year with a mimosa or a cinnamon roll (or both!) and plan all of your 2026 Catskills escapes!
