Our restaurants, much like our hotels, are designed to reflect the history of each building and develop their own individual feel inspired by a deep sense of place and the ingredients that grow, here, in the Catskills.

01. Kenoza Hall

Kenoza Hall offers a fine dining experience by Foster Supply Hospitality’s award-winning culinary team. With its Old World Continental menu, white table cloths, lake-view seating (indoors & out) as well as a full bar Kenoza Hall offers an elevated dining experience to both guests and locals alike.

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (closed Tuesdays). 

02. The DeBruce

We think about meals not just singularly, but rather, how they can connect and form a cumulative story. Whether you are joining us for our 12-course tasting menu, dining a la carte, or having a quick snack and a cocktail in our Club Room, we hope that you will enjoy this one-of-a-kind dining experience.

03. the ARNOLD HOUSE

The Tavern is much the same now as it has been for the past 50 years. Guests will find friendly, warm and lively service and a menu that embraces comfortable accessibility and local ingredients including trout from our world famous rivers.

A deck, just outside the sunroom, and our greenhouse & barn across the way offers cocktails and full tavern fare, weather permitting.

04. BITTERSWEET AT HEMLOCK NEVERSINK

Tradition meets innovation as we blend live fire and modern techniques to create our dishes. Our focus isn't on fussiness, but on letting the exceptional ingredients shine. Depending on the day or night, Bittersweet’s menu will include different daily offerings and a multi-course tasting dinner menu inspired by one of our producer’s deliveries that morning. While focused on plant-based ingredients, we still honor our local livestock growers and their care & commitment.
